Michelle Hirsch

Michelle brings more than 18 years of experience in the financial services industry to her role as Operations Manager at Cornerstone Wealth Partners. She plays a key role in ensuring the firm runs smoothly day to day, supporting the team and reinforcing Cornerstone’s commitment to exceptional client service and operational excellence.

Michelle attended Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina, where she studied psychology—an academic background that continues to inform her approach to understanding client needs and fostering effective team collaboration. She lives in Wake Forest, NC, with her husband, their two sons in their 20s, and two beloved dogs.

Outside of work, Michelle is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, exploring new trails, and gardening, where she finds satisfaction in cultivating plants and creating beautiful outdoor spaces. She is also a dedicated Carolina Hurricanes fan and never misses an opportunity to cheer on her team during hockey season.
